Licence and Website Access

Universal Migration Advisory Services allows you to access and make personal use of this site.  However, no authority is granted to download or modify any part of our website. No part of our website may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose. You may not frame or utilise framing to enclose any logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Universal Migration Advisory Services. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilising our name or logo. You may not use any Universal Migration Advisory Services’ logo or icons without our express written consent.


All content included on our Website is and remains the property of Universal Migration Advisory Services and is protected by Copyright Laws. Unauthorised copying, transmitting or storage of any part of our Website (other than page caching) is prohibited and may result in legal action.

We do not warrant that our website, the content of our website, or the servers we utilise are free of error or harmful components and we will not held responsible for any damages arousing out of use of this Website, directly or indirectly. In particular, we express all warranty or damages from you using our online assessment for migration.

All information on this website, and information provided by our online enquiry services, does not constitute immigration advice and is general advice only that does not take into account all your personal circumstances.  The information and advice provided on this website and via our email enquiry services do not constitute immigration advice and must not be used as such. You should always engage the services of a professional registered migration consultant to assess your circumstances and provide you with advice directly relevant to you and your situation.  Services are only engaged with us once an Agreement for Services and Fees has been signed and the first instalment is paid.  You should only engage a registered migration agent who is listed on the MARA website (see www.mara.gov.au for full listing) or by engaging the paid services of a UMASERVICES’ registered migration agent, who are all registered with MARA. Use of our website and email enquiry services do not constitute immigration advice, even if provided by a UMASERVICES’ registered migration agent.

UMASERVICES’ cannot be held responsible for any harm or damage caused by acting upon the information on our website or via email enquiry and email correspondence when you are not an official UMASERVICES Client who has engaged our paid services.

To the maximum possible extent under law, we do not guarantee or warrant any information on this website is accurate or correct.

Australian Immigration Toolbar

UMASERVICES has created an Australian Immigration Toolbar for use by the general public. We do not endorse any sites (other than our own) which are linked from the Immigration Toolbar.

Furthermore, we do not warrant the toolbar is free from risks.  Download, installation and use of the immigration toolbar is at the end user’s own risk.

As the toolbar is created using the Alexa.com service, download of the Australian Immigration Toolbar constitutes an agreement between Alexa and the end user only; UMASERVICES is not a party to this agreement.  UMASERVICES provides the information to Alexa for their distribution of the toolbar service to you.



When you send us information, either via email, postal or via telephone conversation, you acknowledge that the Information you provide is legally correct and does not infringe any legal notices. Further details on specific communications terms and conditions will be outlined in our Costs Agreement if you enter into an agreement with us. It is a professional obligation, and we will, offer you a Costs Agreement if you wish to proceed with one of our services.

When you provide us with your contact details, we will not disclose it to any other third party (as detailed in our Privacy Policy), but you consent to us sending you marketing material or communicating with you in relation to the Services we provide. You can choose to opt-out of this communications system by contacting our office staff.

If you subscribe to our Immigration Updates, we will not disclose your details to any third party. However, we reserve the right to provide your details to the MailChimp online service for the purposes of adding you to our email list at MailChimp. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting UMASERVICES by email or clicking on the unsubscribe link in your newsletter.


You may book a consultation with us by calling 02 8205 7555 or contacting us by email.  A consultation fee is payable for all consultations.  We may request that you pay your consultation fee in advance and in full.

No refund of consultation fees will be allowed under any circumstances.  However, we may be able to re-schedule your consultation without charge if you notify us at least 2 business days prior to your booked consultation date.  Available dates and times are at the discretion of UMASERVICES.

Furthermore, if you do not show up to your consultation without prior notice, you are not entitled to a refund or credit.

Online Services

Our Online Services are online forms on our website for you to complete to make enquiries about our services. You must not use our forms for any SPAM (unsolicited mail) purpose and must not use them to provide fraudulent information.

Use of our Online Services is also governed by this Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Information Provided by the Client

Universal Migration Advisory Services relies on information provided by the Client to offer and deliver Services to the Client. The Client acknowledges that they will not provide any fraudulent information and understands we may not independently verify the information the Client provides. If the Client provides inaccurate or fraudulent information , they may be prosecuted under the respective law and the Services we provide to them may not be accurate.

Any advice or Service we provide to you is personalised and should not be passed on to any Third Party. In doing so, you may be breaching our Copyright.
